We hate it when you get stung with extra fees after making a purchase online! So to work around this we have incorporated free shipping Australia wide into our prices.
We have a fulfillment company who handles all online orders. This means that rain hail or shine (or swell), your purchase will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for packing.
The shipping time will be dependent on Australia Post and the method that you have selected (express or standard)

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You will need to pay for the return shipping.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
